Heather Holst-Knudsen is the Founder & CEO of H2K Labs, a tech-enabled value-creation specialist that helps media, data/information, event, and marketplace businesses accelerate revenue, drive profitability, and grow enterprise value through data, digital, and AI. She is the founder of Revenue Room™ Connect—a professional network and executive-education platform for CEOs and their revenue-critical teams that encompasses the flagship RevvedUP conference—and hosts The Revenue Room™ Podcast.
Heather’s roots run deep in B2B information and events. She grew up at Thomas Publishing Company, refined her craft at Miller Freeman, Reed Elsevier, and IDG, and later led Thomas’s Manufacturing Enterprise Communications division, which she sold to Frost & Sullivan in 2012. Since then, she has advised and consulted for high-growth SaaS innovators—including Feathr, Gleanin, Brella, and Edflex—while building H2K Labs into a trusted partner and strategic advisor in the area of revenue, profitability, and enterprise value creation.
Recognized for her leadership in data-driven revenue acceleration, digital transformation, and product innovation, Heather now leverages three decades of operating and leadership experience to help organizations turn complex data assets into scalable, predictable growth.
