I’m Neil Fairley, an entrepreneur with 37 years of experience in the import and distribution industry. Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, I’ve lived in the USA for 23 years, where I’ve built successful businesses.
Starting my journey at 18, I founded a landscaping company that grew to 55 employees. In 2016, I transitioned to Artificial Grass Distribution and Installation, operating 7 warehouses across Colorado, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
As a lead generation specialist, I manage digital teams in the USA, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the Philippines, and India, achieving 8-figure revenue growth.
I am married to Nadine Fairley and have three children: Kevin (33), Daniella (22), and Hannahlee (19). My faith in Jesus Christ guides my leadership and commitment to making a positive impact.
